What forms of payment are accepted ?
We accept payments via most credit card as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Electron etc. and some debit card. All credit card payments are processed in US Dollars or Euros depending on your locality of ordering.
We accept Bank Cheque and Demand Draft too. Bank Transfer is possible also.
Do you accept Paypal ?
Yes we do accept Paypal and all forms of Payments that Paypal can process. Paying with Paypal offers protection for the buyer and seller and is 100% secure.
Is it safe to enter my credit card details online ?
When you enter your credit card details online, they are automatically encrypted with SSL via our checkout page. This means that the details you enter reach us without the possibility of a 3rd party accessing the information. Industry standard 128-bit encryption is used.
How long will it take to get my order ?
For orders shipped within India it takes 3-10 working days until delivery. If we send via registered postal service and you live in a remote area, anticipate a few days more.
For international orders please give 10-21 days if sent via registered postal service and 5-7 days for courier deliveries.
Which countries do you ship to ?
We can ship to any country that has a postal service. All orders are despatched directly from our office in India to your postal address so shipping is available worldwide.
What is your refund and returns policy ?
We will gladly refund you in full for any product you may purchase that you are not completely happy with. Returns should be made within 15 days of receiving your shipment. Simply contact us and we will advise you how to return your product. Once we received it, we will refund you.
Will I be liable for customs charges when I order online?
Orders that are sent outside of INDIA may be subject to local import taxes, duties and fees levied by your country. Any such charges are to be borne by yourself as we have no control over these charges. If any doubts, please check with your local postal authority about such possible charges.
When can I expect my parcel?
Most orders (unless otherwise indicated) are processed within 2-3 working days and once shipped will take 10 and 21 days to reach. In busy times of the year or in rare occasions they can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. If you have not received your parcel within this time please contact us so we can track your parcel for you. EMS orders take on average 7 days from time of despatch to arrive.
